Linda Ralph
(Director) -
Linda is a professionally qualified Information Manager who
has extensive experience in Information and Knowledge
Management gained within the pharmaceutical industry and the
NHS.
Whilst working for Arrivel, Linda has successfully managed
the development of a records management system for a
European healthcare group and the implementation of a global
document integration project for a Country Regulatory Group
within the global pharmaceutical environment. Linda has also
worked on implementing an electronic document management
system for a European R&D group in the healthcare sector.
Prior to the formation of Arrivel, Linda’s background was in
the creation, management and development of successful
Information and Knowledge Resource Centres in Medical and
Commercial groups within a global pharmaceutical company and
also the NHS.
Linda is enthusiastic about enhancing Information Resources
within organisations, to free up time for personnel and
enable them to develop, with the correct tools easily at
their disposal.
Linda is absolutely committed to customer care and support
and thrives on developing productive working relationships
with her clients.
When not working, Linda enjoys relaxing with family and
friends, visiting France where she and her husband have a
second home, art, literature, water colour painting, tennis
and football (she always says supporting Southampton
Football Club is a character-building experience!).
